Western Blot - Anti-KCTD11/REN Antibody (A84889)

KCTD11/REN expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged KCTD11/REN an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-KCTD11/REN Antibody (A84889) at 1.0µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:5000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-KCTD11/REN Antibody (A84889) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
