Mouse monoclonal [mAb#33] antibody to KIR2DL4 (PE-Cyanine 5).

This antibody recognizes the extracellular portion of CD158d, a 45 kDa NK cell marker. Cell surface expression and function of CD158d depends on genotype of particular individuals.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
