Mouse monoclonal [H4B4] antibody to LAMP2 (FITC).
Specificity
This antibody recognises CD107b. CD107b (also known as LAMP-2) is a major component in lysosomal membranes. It is composed of a polypeptide core of approximately 45 kDa but normally migrates between 100-120 kDa due to high levels of glycosylation (Fukuda, M. et al, 1988).Clone H4B4 has been reported to suitable for use in Transmission Electron Microscopy (Mane, S. et al, 1988).
