Mouse monoclonal [IL-A114] antibody to LY75 / DEC-205 (PE).

This antibody recognises bovine CD205 (also known as DEC205) and originally described as BoWC6. CD205 is a cell surface antigen with an approximate molecular weight of ~210-220 kDa. CD205 is expressed on afferent lymph dendritic cells (veiled cells), B cells, a subset of T cells and by cortical and medullary thymocytes.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10⁶ cells in 100µl

Protein G affinity chromatography of tissue culture supernatant.

Reconstitution dependent.

Lyophilized

Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution.

Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 1% BSA, 5% Sucrose, and 0.09% Sodium Azide.

Lyophilized: Store at 4°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze! This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
