Western Blot - Anti-Mel18 Antibody (A83930)

Mel18 expression in A549 (A) and PD19 (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-Mel18 Antibody (A83930) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
