Western Blot - Anti-Mib1/Mindbomb Antibody (A326263)

Mib1/Mindbomb expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged Mib1/Mindbomb an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-Mib1/Mindbomb Antibody (A326263) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-Mib1/Mindbomb Antibody (A326263) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).

Mib1/Mindbomb expression in Human Cerebral Cortex analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-Mib1/Mindbomb Antibody (A326263) at 2µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
