Western Blot - Anti-MKRN1 Antibody (A82810)

MKRN1 expression in Mouse fetal (A) and adult (B) Brain lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-MKRN1 Antibody (A82810) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

MKRN1 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged MKRN1 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-MKRN1 Antibody (A82810) at 0.3µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-MKRN1 Antibody (A82810) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
