Anti-MUC2 Antibody [996/1] (FITC)

Mouse monoclonal [996/1] antibody to MUC2 (FITC).

This antibody recognises human Mucin 2 (MUC-2), and shows no cross-reactivity with MUC-1, MUC-3 or MUC-4.In formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections recognises malignant colonic mucosa as well as normal mucosa. Epitope mapping indicates that recognises a sequence PTGTQ within the mucin 2 tandem repeat region.
