IHC, IHC-P

Stomach or gastric carcinoma.

Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IF: 1-2 µg/mL, IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes.

Clone 45M1: MUC5AC (M1 mucin) preparation isolated from the fluid of an ovarian mucinous cyst from an O Le(a-b) patient.
