Western Blot - Anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis CFP10 Antibody (A86662)
Immunodetection of ESAT-6 and CFP-10 antigens in Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains. Protein samples (15 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and analysed by immunoblotting. (A) ESAT-6 and (B) CFP-10 detected in M. tuberculosis H37Rv whole-cell lysates prepared by sonication (SW) or bead-beating disruption (SB), and in culture supernatant (CS). (C) ESAT-6 and (D) CFP-10 detected in culture supernatants from M. tuberculosis H37Rv, H37Rv?ctpF, and H37Rv?mmpL7 strains. Membranes were probed with Anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis ESAT6 Antibody (A86648) and Anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis CFP10 Antibody (A86662) (Antibodies.com) at 0.5 µg/mL, followed by Anti-Rabbit IgG (Whole Molecule) Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugate diluted 1:20,000. Immunoreactive bands were visualised using NBT/BCIP substrate solution. Molecular weight standards were determined using a prestained protein ladder (250 kDa). Diagram created with BioRender.com.
