Western Blot - Anti-MYL9 (phospho Ser19) Antibody [ARC62046] (A329657)

MYL9 expression in HeLa cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Calyculin A (100 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-MYL9 (Phospho S19) Antibody [ARC62046] (A329657) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
