Anti-N Cadherin Antibody [8C11] (PE-Cyanine 7)

Mouse monoclonal [8C11] antibody to N Cadherin (PE-Cyanine 7).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD325 (N-cadherin), a transmembrane protein associated with actin cytoskeleton system, which is expressed mainly by neurons, osteoblasts, endothelial cells, and stem cells.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
