Western Blot - Anti-NAT8L Antibody (A286080)

NAT8L expression in Human Cerebellum (A) + peptide (B), Mouse Brain (C) + peptide (D), and of Rat Brain (E) + peptide (F) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-NAT8L Antibody (A286080) at 0.1µg/ml (A-D) or 0.05µg/ml (E-F) and detected by chemiluminescence.
