Anti-Neurotensin Receptor 2 Antibody (A334480)

Detection of Neurotensin Receptor 2 (Neurotensin Receptor 2) in gastric mucosa by immunohistochemistry. Gastric mucosa sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and incubated with anti-Neurotensin Receptor 2 antibody (A334480) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and lightly counterstained with hematoxylin. Neurotensin Receptor 2 receptors were uniformly observed at the plasma membrane of parietal cells.

Localization of Neurotensin Receptor 2 (Neurotensin Receptor 2) in exocrine pancreas by immunohistochemistry. Pancreatic sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and stained with anti-Neurotensin Receptor 2 antibody (A334480) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and lightly counterstained with hematoxylin. Neurotensin Receptor 2 receptors were predominantly detected at the plasma membrane of exocrine pancreatic cells.

Immunocytochemical analysis of Neurotensin Receptor 2 (Neurotensin Receptor 2) in HEK293 cells. HEK293 cells stably expressing Neurotensin Receptor 2 were untreated or treated with 1 µM Neurotensin for 30 min and stained with anti-Neurotensin Receptor 2 antibody (A334480) at 1:200. Neurotensin Receptor 2 receptors were localized to the plasma membrane in untreated cells (0 min) and translocated to the cytosol after 30 min of Neurotensin exposure.

Western blot confirmation of Neurotensin Receptor 2 (Neurotensin Receptor 2) in transfected HEK293 cells. Lysates from native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or cells stably expressing Neurotensin Receptor 2 were probed with anti-Neurotensin Receptor 2 antibody (A334480) at 1:1000.
