Anti-NHLH1 Antibody (A88395)

NHLH1 expression in lysates from wild type (WT) and 293T cells transfected with NHLH1 analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-NHLH1 Antibody (A88395) at a dilution of 1:3000 and detected with chemiluminescence.

NHLH1 expression in 293F cells transfected with NHLH1 analyzed by immunofluorescence. Staining was performed with Anti-NHLH1 Antibody (A88395) at a dilution of 1:400 followed by Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:500. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).

NHLH1 expression in 300ug extracts of 293F-NHLH1-Avi-His(C) cells analyzed by western blot following immunoprecipitation, both using Anti-NHLH1 Antibody (A88395) at 3ug and a dilition of 1:3000, respectively.
