NKG2D expression in Human peripheral blood monocytes analyzed by flow cytometry. Staining was perfomed with Anti-NKG2D Antibody (A84110) at 10µg/ml for 30 minutes and Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at 1µg/ml.
NKG2D expression in MOLT4 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-NKG2D Antibody (A84110) at 0.5µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
