Western Blot - Anti-Nogo Receptor Antibody (A84086)

Nogo Receptor expression in Human Brain lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Nogo Receptor Antibody (A84086) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
