Western Blot - Anti-Orexin Receptor 2 Antibody (A84417)

Orexin Receptor 2 expression in Human Brain (Hippocampus) lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-Orexin Receptor 2 Antibody (A84417) at 1.5µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
