Immunohistochemistry - Anti-Oxytocin-neurophysin 1 Antibody (A84611)

Oxytocin-neurophysin 1 expression in Human Hypothalamus analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was cryosectioned after PFA perfusion fixation, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6, at 80°C for 30 minutes. Staining was performed with Anti-Oxytocin-neurophysin 1 Antibody (A84611) at 0.05µg/ml and revealed with a biotinylated Anti-goat secondary antibody, avidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and Ni-DAB.
