Western Blot - Anti-p38 alpha / MAPK14 (phospho Tyr322) Antibody (A16418)

Western blot analysis of extracts of 293 and NIH/3T3 cells, using Anti-MAPK14 (phospho Y322) Antibody (AP0055) at 1:1,000 dilution. 293 cells were treated by UV for 15-30 minutes. NIH/3T3 cells were treated by Anisomycin (25µg/ml) for 30 minutes. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (HRP) (AS014) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates / proteins: 25µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020). Exposure time: 15s.
