Pan Acetyl-Lysine expression in various lysates analyzed by western blot. All cell types were treated with TSA (1 uM) at 37°C for 18 hours. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-Pan Acetyl-Lysine Antibody [AMC0491] (A91810) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
