Positive Control
Tonsil or reactive lymph node tissue.
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IF: 0.5-1 µg/mL, WB: 0.5-1 µg/mL, IHC-P: 0.25-0.5 µg/mL. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.
Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 0.1% BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide.
Storage
Shipped and stored at +4°C. This product is also photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. This CF® conjugated antibody is guaranteed for 2 years from data of receipt when stored correctly.
