Mouse monoclonal [PDL1/2746] antibody to PD-L1 (CF®543).

Flow Cytometry (Cell Surface), IF, IHC, IHC-P, WB

Heart, placenta, spleen or tonsil tissue. RAW 264.7, HEK293, Jurkat or HepG2 cell lysates.

Flow Cytometry: 1-2 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IF: 1-2 µg/mL, WB: 1-2 µg/mL, IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. ELISA coating applications require a BSA-free antibody formulation. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.
