Anti-PDGFR alpha Antibody [16A1] (FITC)

Mouse monoclonal [16A1] antibody to PDGFR alpha (FITC).

This antibody recognizes PDGF Receptor alpha, the 170 kDa alpha chain of platelet-derived growth factor receptor, which is widely expressed on a variety of mesenchymal-derived cells and plays pro-proliferative or anti-proliferative roles in various tumours.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
