Western Blot - Anti-PHLDA3 Antibody (A83982)

PHLDA3 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged PHLDA3 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-PHLDA3 Antibody (A83982) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-PHLDA3 Antibody (A83982) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
