Western blot analysis of extracts of Jurkat cells, using Anti-Phospholipase C gamma 1/PLC-gamma-1 (phospho Ser1248) Antibody (A88272) at dilution or PLCG1 antibody (A15704). Jurkat cells were treated by PMA/TPA (200 nM) at 37°C for 10 minutes. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.
