Western Blot - Anti-PINX1/LPTS Antibody (A83813)

PINX1/LPTS expression in Jurkat cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-PINX1/LPTS Antibody (A83813) at 2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
