Western Blot - Anti-PKD Antibody (A85245)

PKD expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress human forms of FLAG-tagged PKD1, FLAG-tagged PKD2 or GST-tagged PKD3. Western blot was performed using Anti-PKD Antibody (A85245) at 0.1µg/ml (top panel), Anti-FLAG (middle panel) or Anti-GST (bottom panel).
