Western Blot - Anti-Pofut1 Antibody (A326280)

Pofut1 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged Pofut1 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-Pofut1 Antibody (A326280) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-Pofut1 Antibody (A326280) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).

Pofut1 expression in Human Cerebral Cortex analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-Pofut1 Antibody (A326280) at 2µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
