Western Blot - Anti-PPP2R1A Antibody (A84078)

PPP2R1A expression in Human Thymus (A) and Human Lymph node (B) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-PPP2R1A Antibody (A84078) at 2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
