Western Blot - Anti-PPP2R5E Antibody (A83793)

PPP2R5E expression in Human (Cerebellum) (A), Mouse (B) and Rat (C) Brain lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-PPP2R5E Antibody (A83793) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
