Anti-PRAK/MK5 Antibody (A85098)

PRAK/MK5 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MK5-GFP (first lane) or MK2-GFP (second lane) and incubated with Anti-PRAK/MK5 Antibody (right) and Anti-PRAK/MK5 Antibody (A85098) (left) at 0.5µg/ml and detected with chemiluminescence.

PRAK/MK5 expression in MK5/ERK3 double knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) analyzed by western blot following immunoprecipitation (IP) using Anti-PRAK/MK5 Antibody (A85097) (Lanes 3 + 4) and Anti-PRAK/MK5 Antibody (A85098) (Lanes 5 + 6). Lanes 3 and 5 show MK5/ERK3 expression rescued by retroviral transduction. Inputs for double KO and rescue MEFs were run in parallel (Lanes 1 + 2). Western blot was performed with a separate mouse-Anti-MK5 antibody, and co-precipitation of ERK3 was assessed using rabbit Anti-ERK3 (lower panel).

PRAK/MK5 expression in Human Kidney analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-PRAK/MK5 Antibody (A85098) at 5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
