Western Blot - Anti-PRAM1 Antibody (A83783)

PRAM1 expression in Jurkat cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 12 hours with Anti-PRAM1 Antibody (A83783) at 2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
