PTF1A expression in U2OS (A) + peptide (B), Jurkat (C) + peptide (D), and NIH3T3 (E) + peptide (F) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-PTF1A Antibody (A84355) at 1µg/ml (A-B) or 0.5µg/ml (C-F) and detected by chemiluminescence.
