Western Blot - Anti-PTP alpha (phospho Tyr789) Antibody (A88258)

Western blot analysis of extracts of C2C12 and PC-12 cells, using Anti-PTP alpha (phospho Tyr789) Antibody (A88258) at 1:1,000 dilution. C2C12 cell lysate were treated by CIP (20ul CIP for each 400ul cell lysate) at 37°C for 1 hour. PC-12 cell lysate were treated by CIP (20ul CIP for each 400ul cell lysate) at 37°C for 1 hour. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
