This antibody recognises GNB2L1, also known as guanine nucleotide binding protein subunit beta-2-like 1, receptor of activated protein C kinase 1, RACK1, human lung cancer oncogene 7 protein and HLC7. GNB2L1 is an adapter protein, interacting with a variety of signaling molecules including members of the PKC, Src and MAPK signaling pathways. GNB2L1 is also a component of the 40S subunit of the ribosome.
