Western Blot - Anti-Rad51C Antibody (A83469)

Rad51C expression in HeLa cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 12 hours with Anti-Rad51C Antibody (A83469) at 2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
