Western Blot - Anti-Raf1 (phospho Ser259) Antibody [ARC1557] (A308827)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Anti-Raf1 (phospho Ser259) Antibody [ARC1557] (A308827) at 1:1,000 dilution. Both 293T cells and C6 cells were treated by Forskolin (10 uM) at 37°C for 1 hour after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
