Anti-Reticulum Cells Antibody [ED10]

Mouse monoclonal [ED10] antibody to Reticulum Cells.

This antibody recognises reticular elements in the T cell areas of spleen, lymph nodes, Peyers patches, bronchus and gut associated lymphoid tissues (BALT and GALT). In the thymus a reticular pattern is observed in capsule and medulla (perivascular). Non-lymphoid organs: in liver, lung and small intestine, some ED10 positive reticular cells are found. No reaction is observed in skin, kidney, brain, pancreas and heart.

Shipped at ambient temperature. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Short term (up to 4 weeks): store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended.
