RING2/RING1B/RNF2 expression in K562 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-RING2/RING1B/RNF2 Antibody (A83904) at 0.5 µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
