Anti-RNASE1 Antibody [1B63] (A333284)

Western blot analysis of 0.25µg of different recombinant proteins solutions expressed in pET family vectors and which contain the S-tag sequence (KETAAAKFERQHMDS), using Anti-RNASE1 Antibody [1B63] (A333284) at a dilution of 1:5,000 (green). The lanes contain: [Lane 1] protein standard (red), [Lane 2] aldolase A, [Lane 2] MBP, [Lane 4] MAP2, P2 projection domain construct, and [Lane 5] FOX2-C terminal part of the protein. The antibody Anti-RNASE1 Antibody [1B63] (A333284) binds to the S-tag present in all tested recombinant proteins, and reveals protein bands of the expected molecular weights.

Western blot analysis of bovine pancreas tissue lysate using Anti-RNASE1 Antibody [1B63] (A333284) at a dilution of 1:2,000 (green). The lanes contain: [Lane 1] protein standard (red), [Lane 2] 40µg of bovine pancreas extract. A strong band at about 15kDa corresponds to S-tag sequence found in bovine pancreatic RNase 1.
