Western Blot - Anti-RRAD Antibody (A83598)

(A) RRAD expression in HEK293 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress several HA-tagged Mouse GTPases, including RRAD. Cells were then lysed in RIPA buffer and 10µg protein was run per lane. Staining was performed with Anti-RRAD Antibody (A83598) at 0.5µg/ml compared with an HA-specific antibody and detected by chemiluminescence. (B) Mouse Heart WT and lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 100µg protein was run per lane. Staining was performed with Anti-RRAD Antibody (A83598) at 0.5µg/ml.
