Western Blot - Anti-RYK Antibody (A305053)

Western blot analysis of mouse brain lysate showing detection of ~67.5 kDa RYK protein using Anti-RYK Antibody (A305053) at 1:1,000 for 2 hours at room temperature. Lane 1: Molecular Weight Ladder (MW). Lane 2: mouse brain lysate. Load: 15 µg. Block: 5% Skim Milk in TBST. The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Rabbit HRP:IgG at 1:4,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Color Development: ECL solution for 5 minutes at room temperature. Predicted/Observed Size: ~67.5 kDa. Other Band(s): ~37 kDa degradation product.
