General Notes
This antibody was affinity purified using the immunising peptide immobilized on solid support. Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1. 4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
Western Blot - Anti-SEC16A/SEC16 Antibody (A295706)
Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15, and 50 µg) and HEK293T (50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Anti-SEC16A / SEC16 Antibody (A295706) was used at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (1 mg for IP) cells. Antibodies: Anti-SEC16A / SEC16 Antibody (A295706) was used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml and for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. SEC16A / SEC16 was also immunoprecipitated using two other antibodies, which are to downstream epitopes on SEC16A / SEC16. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
