Anti-Secretogranin II Antibody - BSA and Azide free (A304474)

WB detection of Secretogranin II using A304474 at 0.5-1 µg/ml. A band of approximately 86 kDa is detected in PC12 extract ( 1 µg). Secretogranin II runs at a higher MW than its predicted 71 kDa due to its highly acidic nature.
