Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SF20 (Biotin).
Specificity
This antibody recognises mouse stromal cell-derived growth factor 20 (SF-20), otherwise known as interleukin-25 (IL-25), a 166 amino acid secreted growth factor and member of the UPF0556 family.SF-20 should not be confused with interleukin 17E (IL-17E), which is also alternatively called IL-25.

Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of sterile Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 0.1% Bovine Serum Albumin. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
