Western Blot - Anti-SH2D1A Antibody (A84106)

SH2D1A expression in Human Thymus lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-SH2D1A Antibody (A84106) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
