Mouse monoclonal [7-239] antibody to Sialoadhesin/CD169 (APC).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD169, a 210 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
Human rhinovirus 14 infected monocyte-derived dendritic cells.
