Anti-SIRP alpha + SIRPB1 Antibody [SE5A5] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [SE5A5] antibody to SIRP alpha + SIRPB1 (PE).

This antibody recognizes a common extracellular epitope on human CD172a and CD172b antigens (approximately 90 kDa and 50 kDa, respectively), although its reactivity with CD172a is higher.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
