Anti-SLC26A6/Pat1 Antibody (A82652)

SLC26A6/Pat1 expression in Human renal cortical brush-border membrane lysate with (B) and without (A) immunizing peptide blockage, containing 90µg protein denatured at 37°C for 30 min, analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed and 90µg protein denatured at 37°C for 30 min was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-SLC26A6/Pat1 Antibody (A82652) at 10µg/ml overnight at 4°C

SLC26A6/Pat1 expression in Human Kidney analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by microwaving in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-SLC26A6/Pat1 Antibody (A82652) at 0.1mg/ml and revealed with cyanine 3 (CY3).
